All payments are taken by Braintree (a PayPal company.)

We do not store your card details, Braintree who are owned by PayPal handle this.

Do you accept PayPal?

Unfortunately not. Whilst our payment provider is owned by PayPal, ironically we are unable to accept PayPal as a payment option since they do not currently support the new EU VAT rules with paypal transactions. We are hopeful that this will change later this year.

Why am I asked for my country of residence?

To comply with EU VAT laws, we compare your IP address with your card issuers country. If there is a mismatch between the two then you will be asked to manually certify which country you are resident so that VAT can be paid directly to your countries tax authorities.

Can I cancel a paid subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel a subscription whenever you are finished, there are no minimum contract periods.

How do I cancel a paid monthly account?

Please use the cancellation button from the account manager after logging in to your account. Please ensure that you only cancel when you are finished with your results. Your account will remain upgraded until your next bill date.

Why have I been billed again?

As stated on our payment pages our subscriptions are recurring and you will continue to be billed until you cancel the account.

What happens to my annual subscription after a year?

Annual accounts will be rebilled at the end of the year the same as a monthly subscription.

Do you offer refunds?

We will issue a refund where we have made a mistake or at the discretion of company management. We do not offer refunds on part used months (or years for annual accounts).

How do I change my credit card details?

The fastest way to change your card details is to use the Unsubscribe option on the Account Manager page to downgrade to a free plan and then to simply put through a new order with the new card. We hope to implement an improved system later in the year.
